Effective for cramps
I absolutely love this product! My child had a vitamin D deficiency and the amount per gummy is just right. In winter, she takes two, and in summer, one. There's no need to cut them in half, as the dosage is perfect. The flavour is delightful. Occasionally, I take one myself. The best part is the quality; when she uses the Walmart brand, she begins to experience leg cramps again, but with this brand, there are no leg cramps.
